Went out with the boys and we all did good. Here is what I got. Any one have any idea what the lock plate looking thing is? The flat button was very corroded as was the gelded artillery button but thanks to some tips from buckle boys post they came out fairly decent. The 1810 reale was a suprise in this part of the country and I was stoked to find it. Thank for looking and HH.

Nice button and reale. :icon_thumright:

The thing that says "lift the dot" is a fastener that goes over a stud and would typically be found attached to the edge of a cover of some kind. I had them on the convertible top of my 1969 MGB Roadster. Nice finds!

congrats on the Reale. :icon_thumleft:

Outstanding finds, you got a good spot there. Congratulations

WTG on the Reale find in huntsville :headbang: I'm over here in Priceville right now ::)

Those are some Beautiful finds. Excellent work cleaning those buttons. A spanish silver is a welcome find in Anyone's digging pouch.

If we weren't covered up with snow here, I'd be out digging too.

Best Wishes,

Buckles

Also used on USGI M1 Carbine slings and magazine pouches.

Looks like you found a sweet spot! :headbang:

Don't see Reales coming from your area ever. Makes you wonder how it got there. That's what I really love about this hobby. I expect to come across one here sooner or later (Lot's of Spanish land grants in my area from 1840-1860). Congratulations on that one :icon_thumright: Very nice other finds as well.

Super Sweet Finds :icon_thumright: I really envy the people that can dig now. The only thing we can dig here is lots of snow :D
