Buying New Detector Apex or AT Pro?

I always thought my next detector would be an AT Pro until the Apex came out. I am very intrigued by the mulitiple fequencies of the Apex.
I thought I would ask the guys that use'em a lot.
AT Pro or Apex?

Are you hunting wet saltwater beaches? If so you want the Apex. If not, The Nokta/Makro Simplex Plus is on par with the AT Pro, and actually has more features for less money.
