~~Cabin Site to his neighbor the possible Counterfeiter~~

Got out in the woods today following some Stone walls and came upon a Cabin site..A few goodies there including a CT copper, whizzer and a cool civilian 2 piece button..Then down the trail a few hundred feet i came across 2 dug out depressions with a walk through the center..An old Colonial dug out double cellar..Got a bunch of Colonial era buttons and a couple of blank coins ready for counterfeiting!Only spent about 2 hours there but the signals where getting weak..I will have to check it out at least 1 more time

Man, I love those sites you do. I love the woods to begin with, but following a wall to some cellar holes has got to be exciting. Congrats on a great hunt.
