This is the best I can clean it. A calendar coin of the year 1769. It seems to be religiously dominated. Which is not surprising for the time. Wonder what it will fetch on ebay Robert.

IMO, the more you can read or state of the words outside the calendar the more you may be able to fetch from an Ebay buyer.
Those pocket calendars have great history; another sales point.
