If one has no provable business being in the area the area closure will stick. One needs to have a "Claim" in the area.

They need to have a open season on Ravens lol they consume 6 out of 10 hatchlings in certain area's. the research says Ravens have caused over 50 percent of juvenile desert tortoise deaths in specific locations. Looks like they are protected under federal law and that should be changed pronto if they give a hoot about the baby turtles 🐢🐢🐢.

The whole west coast is about the same.
