California snow

We're getting some snow here in N. California today. My road home is up where the snow is sticking now. Interstate 5 is closed to truck traffic North of Redding and the hwy to the East is also closed to trucks.

We got nearly 5 inches in East Texas on Christmas Day, It was sooooo beautiful!

Please keep your snow over there in east texas. We have a threat of snow for thursday, my cat is already in shock, I'm going out tomorrow for fire logs(easier than wood) and I have already set the thermostat on 80*. I also just polished up my golf clubs and this is just not nice of mother nature because now I have to go sit in a mexican restaurant, drink margaritas, eat nachos and think about next week when the weather should be nearly 80 again. How distressing...
