I read it a dozen ways, but, underwater blow mining in California's waterways is legal. You still can't use a suction dredge, but someone started to think way outside of the box. I normally would not think of referring readers to another web site, but, the info should be shared. » Underwater Blow Mining for Gold in California?s Waterways!! . Very interesting reading, viewing, etc.

Enjoy.

For all of us in NC, we still can use a suction dredge w/o the tree-huggers putting a spanner in the works... yet. I thought that this would be hot news for the rest of us slow speakers in the Carolinas. I still applaud those lateral thinkers that never could color inside the lines. Could easily be adapted to pseudo form of high-banking the creek embankments without the bloody shovel.

Different for sure! only thing I see is , "DO IT ! DONT POST IT OVER THE INTERNET for the wacoenviromentalists to see! good ideas have come and gone because of them wacos !
