What do you think it is?
I offered my opinion in the other thread your response sounded like you knew pretty much what you had..so... What are your thoughts with this piece?

To get a proper identification of a point type you will have to let us know where it came from... The state or at least the general area of the country
 

It is really thin, do think it could be a knife?
 

Looks like a knife blade, but really need to see the broken end well.
 

MR........ Will get a picture of the end in the morning, I have to take my closeups with my daughters Iphone , my big canon does not do well.......... Gator, "See above title of page for location. I have no idea what type. Have collected for many years because I enjoy the hobby. I have not spent the type to learn the finite details of material and proper type names . And about the small spade or hoe......... I did know what I have, it is a "small spade or hoe". Not a preform. I hope this picture shows the bit polish better than the other pics .014.webp.
