No idea on age. What appears to be a tie clip,it seems strange for the 'leg' to be horizontal, maybe a money clip?
I would say a gentleman's money clip on the leg.
certainly from the style of the design, I would say art noveau / deco.
the thin enameling is similar to plique du jour (I think that's how you spell it)

I do know in the late 1800's to early 1900's they used ladies legs as a motif for cork screws, bottle openers and other things. (Risque) Could be a money clip. The other item seems to be from the same time period.
I would guess decorative pins from Check-los-lo-vocua. Try to get that in the spell check. Anyway you get my drift.

No data, but I would say the two pins are more victorian aged as art deco seems to me to be a bit more "blingier", brighter, with more frills to the design. The other piece looks like a vintage enamal tie tack, 1920's era.

Jeff,
My grandma had stuff like this in her affects when she died.
I believe thatwhen they sold it the people who purchased it said 1920s and 30s.
Which would make it Art Deco.

That's only a guess ... But my best one .
