Not a very surprising find if it's from Chester England? we find a lot of lead pieces like that over here.

no numbers unfortunately but definitely is lead, i was hoping to get a date, seen one on ebay under medieval bullion weight but not to sure what it is, another person said it could be a Victorian game piece but i am unsure.
