Can anyone ID coin bit?

I have a pie cut coin bit I believe is probably Spanish coin very thin and looks to me a type of coat of arms but no date on it so a little tougher to ID but please post this is my first coin cut into a bit or possibly a 2 bit please help ID and if possible a date range.
