Found this button at a site that used to be army barracks from late 1800's thru Cuban missle crisis in the sixty's! Also found this token which is a first fer me! Found several of these tokens before but none with a backside like this one!
Thanks in advance for any help I know the button will be tough with my camera skills but I'll try to post a better one in the meantime! Happy holidays everyone!! Keep swingin!! Chris.

This is the backside of the button! May not be military at all as I am not familiar with buttons at all!

The token was probably used for "coin-operated" laundry machines. The slot was so cheaper tokens from the video arcade down the street couldn't be used.

Cool finds wetfly, you need to put your button in the button thread someone there will help with an ID on it. HH

I have many button books BUT I need to see LARGE closeups on the obverse and reverse of that button. Maybe I can ID it for you. In the meantime, is there any backmarks on the reverse of the button. (What does it say?) .................Rich

My first impression with those bad pictures is Civilian blazer button.

I'm thinking Non military as well.................................HH

token is for a pay phone

nsdq - I think the "No Cash Value" on the token would steer it away from being a pay phone token. The slot device is commonly used on pay phone tokens, but they generally never carry wording like that.
