Can Anyone Identify This?

Found this at an old townsite that no longer exists, I found numerous iron relics, which I will post later.

Any Ideas? It is about 3 inches by 3 inches, very brittle metal, not sure what, still has traces of blue & red paint, with lightning bolts, It says Motovox.

It's the grille from an old Motovox auto or motorcyle horn.
