I really don't know much about artifacts, but in really intrigued by them. Hope to find some of my own.
Looks too big to be an arrow head, too small for spear head?

Looks like an atlatl point. I don't live in your area, but you may want to post it in the Native American Indian Artifacts forum.

Im no expert, but I think they call these a corner notched point, or something like that. And its probably hundreds of years old, maybe even thousands.
