Can someone help me ID either of theis???

Today me and a friend went out to some virgin ground where an old 1800s home sits and had some pretty great finds but found a few things I couldn't ID..Any help would be much appreciated..

The one on the right is a belt buckle, Rodeo/Western theme .. see them pop up on ebay right often.

I believe the first one is a key or watch fob medallion. Since the shoe is enlarged I would guess it is from a shoe company. Is there anything on the reverse? Items like this were given away as promotionals. I have some from farm equipment and electrical workers union.
