The possibilities of being a wise guy is wide open here, I will try and refrain myself.
Really I don't know anything about bikes, but if you put this in the "what is it" forum and ask the question that you are looking for then guys like me won't be temped to answer like a real wise arse that I am.
Are you looking to find out, year, worth, where it was sold, how to restore it.
