Found this spoon today. Theres writing on the back but I cant make out all the letters. So far I'm getting RANOVA SILVER. I cant find anything similar on Google. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I was gonna try to joke off Ran Over Silver , but suffice it to say at best the piece was silver plate over copper or brass , or nickel . Will look decent in a display case .
