Are you being charged a fee?

yea.....i got hit with 7.50 a box at one branch. I havent had a chance to question them about the details yet such as : is this fee only for boxs? Is it only for Half dollars? are there charges for rolls? Fees for dumping? Am I the only one being charged or does everyone get charged?
