Yep real Jerk Wad I got when I called BLM to pay my maintenance fee's. Word for word ! hello Mr Craig what can I help you with ? I would like to pay my maintenance fee. Well you are the 18th in line so I suggest you go on line to pay your fee. I said it only takes 5 minutes and I had no problem the last time I called to pay, He said I have had 200 and something days to take care of my fee's have a good day bye Jerk lol.

Did the BLM person refers to the 200 plus days somewhere in writting?
Not very helpful for the phone transaction for sure.
