Cool looking design on this pin. I was wondering if anyone could identify the markings to date it or maker?

Typically you can date items based on the hallmark used. I can't be much help, I'm on a phone and can't make out the hallmarks.

Do a Google search for silver hallmarks and tons show up (see link). Also put in what you can see in your search, example boarshead silver hallmark and that will help narrow it down. Sorry I can't be of more help.
