So is finding an old George like finding a Wheat? I find a few all the time.

I'd say yes. I'm in wa state and have filled a Canadian cent book from 2011-1942. All from CRH. I need only 41 and older and a 1945. So finding a KG is good. I average 20-30 cents per box of pennies.
