How do I tell if my 67 dime is 80% or 50% silver.

Everything is the same. Do a sound test. 80% will sound closer to a US silver dime, and 50% will sound less like a silver dime

There is no simple way to tell if a Canadian 1967 dime or quarter is 50% or 80% silver.
They are both non-magnetic and both have the same weight, diameter, and design.
They should have different electrical resistance, but most people don't have a way to measure that.
The problem with the sound test is how do you test whether you are correct?

Test a US silver dime first. You can be wrong, but it's usually correct.
