I'm not that sure if that Maker Mark is a type of Silver Hallmark or not, looks a little odd for one. Hard to tell in the photo but there might be a chance it's silver, hopefully someone will know the mark;

Yeah...the marks were really hard to read...maybe someone out can shed some light on it...
 

Replied on your Other thread. It's silver plate by R. Silk of Birmingham, England and made circa 1809.
cool, pretty early, I was thinking mid-Victorian....
