candlesticks help ID

Does anyone know anything about these candlesticks?? They are either copper or brass. They have the color of copper but with the patina it gives it a brass look so I'm not 100% sure. The stamp mark on the bottom is G.B with grasshopper, the letter I can't fully make up but just a few .

Just a huge guess, but I think it is Charles Balaine silverplate, he was a French silversmith.
Similar, but not exact mark on this piece:

I agree with GibH's ID, the hard to read word is DOUBLE, to represent that it was double silver plated.
