I found what is hopefully a cannonball. I found it on a 1700’s home site. It’s about a little less than 4 lbs and has a diameter of 2.96”. It has a flat spot, maybe it was fired and hit something to cause the flat spot. I’m thinking it’s a 4lb Rev war cannonball. It’s lighter in weight and smaller in diameter because of the corrosion and rust I had to remove. Could it be a mill ball?? What are your guys opinions?
