This came from an old place, as old as the 1700's. I suspect they
are circa 1900. But, I don't know my Captain's bars.

most modern ones do not have the hash mark type lines on them..

Thanks! That's pretty much what I was thinking too. Although I'd never seen Captain's Bars like this before. Some people can tell the age from just looking at the pin closure set up. LOL Not me though.
