Carbon Indiana

I found this in Brazil, Indiana, only a few miles from Carbon, Indiana. I've looked in all my directories and can't find a Pastime Theatre in Carbon. Or maybe it was located at the school? Also, I can't determine a year for this. There are two diff. denominations. The 25¢ one is red. The 15¢ one is grey. I know this is a tough one, but any info would be appreciated.
