Found this Maverick token in Ogden, Utah it's 25mm. Unfortunately It's not in any of my Utah token books. I'll check the directories at the library, hopefully I can attribute it. if any one has any info that would be appreciated too.

Check Park City - that would be my first guess.

When you look in the business directories, it might be a good idea to determine when utah went dry.
I am assuming that Utah went dry, like alot of other western states. The 12.5 cent denomination is what a drink cost at a saloon prior to prohibition. It will narrow your time period that you will be researching if you can determine when Utah went dry. I am from Arizona and it went dry in 1915.
Let us know what you find. The token, not being listed, improves the value of it. Good luck
