Here's the deal: My firm is developing a museum exhibit which will include, among other things, various examples of 'treasure' that people have found. If you have found something of value and don't really want to part with it, yet would like to show it to the world, we may have a mutual interest. Items loaned to us will travel for five years and will be shown in outstanding museums around the country. They'll be fully insured and treated with the care you would expect from museum professionals. If you wish, you will receive credit on the museum label next to your artifact.
We are interested in metal detector finds, underwater salvage, etc. If you found silver, gold, or some other interesting item of antiquity and would like to contact me, you may do so at [email protected].
