carved game stone???

Hi.. I found this small round rock (1,2 inches diameter) this weekend in the creek crossing my property. is that a game stone? I don't know if it's natural or if that has been carved; but it looks like there is a human face on it.. I also found this "Arrow head" (almost 2 inches long) in the same area; still in the creek.
can someone tell me more about these 2 finds?

it's not really a creek.. I call that a weather creek. there's water only when we have a lot of rain. right now it's totally dry and there's 2 days it's raining here.

What state did you find the point in ?

I believe what you have is a "Cotaco Creek" point and a hammer stone.

Take a look at Projectile Point Identification Guide it will help you. Nice find on the point, round stones can be found in washes, creeks, they get caught in a pocket and the years of water rolling them around makes them round. Yours looks to be a clay that has harden just from the photo.

so apparently that could be a Smithsonia or a Ledbetter. Late Archaic to early Woodland period.. I'm very happy with that.
