🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Cast iron table bell, per yaxthri suggestion?

Now that I figured out the text section I’ll try this again. It’s two inches across and missing two feet. I think yaxthri may be correct by saying table bell below. I found a picture of a cast iron table bell that is very close. I actually might have the other piece to this thing in a bucket after finding the cast iron table bell picture. I’ve saved every piece of cast iron, brass, copper and glass out of this garden for thirty plus years. I vaguely remember finding a mangled brass bell that I assumed was an old school bell of some sort. I’ll have to look through some buckets.

Ok, so not a lamp base, but I do like the receipt spike idea.

My first thought was hotel bell base with corroded top part... But, naaah...

Perhaps cast iron table bell is correct? This is not an exact match but I think someone in this thread nailed it?
