Castle button

Found a button with a castle on it the other day. It had an iron back but when I was cleaning it the back just fell off. Anyone ever seen one like this?

Thats a nice fancy button, when I read the title I was thinking maybe an Engineers button but this is like a dressy non military button. Very cool, HH!!!

You said a iron back? Was it a two piece button, what was the shank like?
Pretty darn cool looking button, looks like a fort maybe. There are a few stone forts in my area, maybe a fort in your neck of the woods?

Yes it was a two piece had a standard loop shank from what I could see before the back crumbled when trying to clean.
