I thought these were Covington Blade Forms at first, however after doing some research on the form, I believe they are indeed Castroville Knife Forms.
The flaking, form and thinness are all indicative of Castroville. I happened to see another in an auction which led me to do the research. I've never seen one depicted in any publication. When you look up the type, all you see is the dart or spear point. Everything fits, including the resharpening of the smaller of the two.
