Cayman Islands

Like the post below, I am wondering about the Cayman Islands also. I am also plannin at trip to them in about Feb.

I know that there are different currency for the Islands, but is detecting allowed and are there any 'fees' or regulations involved??

Just to be sure, I would suggest contacting the Caymans gov't directly to find out for sure.
