Awesome! They make good garden displays. I have a old cypress trunk roots up, trunk buried...made a bird feeder for the top.

looks like you figured a way to take a break from the digging occasionally! ;) Great idea! I do believe I will take my camera with me from now on too! lol
 

I have to agree with the others Don. Find a way to get one or both of them home!

Isn't Nature Grand, I once cut a hollow pine on
the ground, took it home, attached a top & bottom with
boards, I put it in a forked tree, making a home for a
little barn owl for several seasons.
( the tree had two lives I guess)

gypsyheart, there is a fish on that stump too. Can you see it??

CD, I agree, cut off the long snout and yes, one calf head :)
