Works as good as a modified stud finder. 10$ harbor fright

Cen Tec has the same pickup distance as the pro pointer. The Cen Tec has a low quality pushbutton, but you can get a replacement at Radio Shack for about $2.50 and replace it in about 15 min. The pro Pointer has been having problems with its circuit board, but Garrett will usually replace the board for free, but you have to ship it to them. Bottom line--Cen Tec cost $16, Pro Pointer cost $160 list. Frank...
