Central Florida new member - looking for people to hunt with

Hello, I just bought a Garrett aT Pro and excited about starting thsi new hobby of metal detecting for relics. I have only detected in my own backyard so far (built in 1951) in central Florida, but looking for ideas of where I can research old trails and places where much older relics can be found....also looking for people to hunt with, its much more exciting and fun when you detect with other people! I am located near downtown Orlando.

thanks for the link to Florida groups, I found a detecting club 20 miles form my home that meets every month. going to try and attend the next mtg and learn a few things!
