Hello, Greg here from southeast Virginia. (Newport News) I'm New to the hobby, and recently purchased a Nokta Double Score after much online reading in the forums. So far, just detecting in my back yard to get acquainted with the Score. My first find was a balled-up piece of gold-colored foil I dug up in my back yard, which I assume was left behind when the house was built in 95.
Don't have a pin-pointer, proper detecting shovel or sand scoop yet, but have successfully dug a couple of clean plugs in the yard.
Any first-hand recommendations for a good sand scoop and pinpointer would be appreciated. Right now, leaning towards the Nokta Accupoint for a pinpointer. I already have the Nokta Bluetooth headphones, so the Nokta Accupoint pinpointer seems the best way to go.
