As I see we have old ceramic/plateware expert or two on the forum, I thought I would throw this out. It's the most interesting of the plate/ceramic ware shards I found in an old ravine trash pit in a California community with history going back to the late 1700s. Can anyone tell if the design style on this thick-ish shard is Asian? British? Spanish? And maybe about what time period? THanks.
