Chalcedony, can someone confirm?

I'm pretty sure this is Chalcedony. Found tons yesterday while walking a potential lot to build on in Santa Cruz County AZ. Can someone confirm? Also, there were tons of large volcanic looking boulders. I wonder if this is a place that you could find Geodes? That would be soooo cool.

They're all over southern Idaho and western Wyoming...up to about 6,000' elevation.
