CHALK HILL, Penn., April 11 -- The Common-weal Army to-day marched twelve miles over the mountains, and most of the way through from eight to six inches of snow. It is encamped to-night at an old Continental mansion within a mile of this point. [ END OF FIRST PARAGRAPH ]
