The filling fee is likely spelled out some where as well.

SB 2 is the 75$ extra tax added to the 14$ filling fee

So Syskiyou & Sierra county recorders charge the $75 sb2 charge... That's 2. Yuba and Nevada don't. Different counties sure have diferent charges...
