He starred in two of my favorite gold/treasure movies.
One was "Mother Lode" as the crazed gold prospector in Alaska. I think it was Kim Basinger's first movie.
The other was that surprisingly good remake of "Treasure Island" that TNT made back in the 90's with a very young Christian Bale.
Anybody else seen these?
