cheapest STABLE saltwater beach / wet sand machine that is good on dry land

well folks the ace 250 doesn't like wet sand and surf areas ---so which is the least expensive machine that would you suggest for wet sand / very shallow surf hunting that would work well on dry land too? Ivan

Simple, in my opinion the Tesoro Tiger Shark or Minelab Sov GT. Both are light weight for land, handle the wet saltwater and sand, and are deep stable detectors with ground balance and discrimination. However the Sov Gt being a land unit won't be able to get out far in the surf being chest mounted and not submersible.

The Tiger Shark has changable coils and lifetime warranty. It's my back up next to the Excal.
