making two posts here on two seperate questions.

on the old 1995 sword logo excal 800.

item dn power up. prob just the battery but.....

how would one go about hardwiring a dc power supply

at the teminals. any other quick n dirty solution to power for testing?

if i find the unit works other than battery issue,

can i upgrade to li-ion or i have to stay w nicads.

or perhaps the emergency spare type unit that takes

alkalines.?

course we gitter rigged,still no way to test in water.

all ideas tips appreciated.

i would not mind being the owner of a sword logo

oldie excal if i can be innit for about 200.

knowing that if it breaks iz basically unrepairable trash

You can replace the battery pack with a NiMH pack.
