Good habit to get into...Saving unusual coins that is, but I think your penny is just damaged. Looks like it has a gouge out of it.

i thought of that already its defiantly not gauged out its just a bad picture

I'm by no means an expert, but if it's not gouged, it definitely looks scratched in that area. If it's a weak strike I would think the area where the letters are weak or missing should be consistent with the rest of the coin. Like you said, maybe it's just a bad picture.
