Chinese Cast Coin I.D.

Found a site which helped me, (I think).

Came across this coin some years back
in the Chicago area.







Just now dug it out of a box and tried I.D.

Went :
http://www.calgarycoin.com/reference/china/chinaid.htm#square hole

They took me through the steps to I.D. it
Think it is a Y-190
1875-1908 or so................

Hope someone can use the site if they come across Chinese coins.

Those chinese coins aren't valuable but they sure are nice to collect...makes you wonder all the things that one coin was used to buy
