Chinese coin???

Found this yesterday. It's made of Aluminum and a little smaller then a quarter. It's kinda crusty, I cleaned it the best I could. Any ideas?

The very top symbol looks like the symbol for "Big" but can't say for sure.

These come in two different thicknesses too, indicating different mintage.
