Burdie, and all the T-Net hunt groupies that will be attending this event, or, have been thinking about it ... Apparently I have missed out on some mini-dramas here!

I wanted to say that although I wish in my heart of hearts that I could join you all, I cannot. I saw some posts back in here asking about me and wished I had been reading this 8 zillion post topic right along... but that would be like a part time job!

I just started a new job last week and it will be some time before I build up some vacation days to get out and do something like this hunt... I guess it's gonna be another missed opportunity.

Anyway... Burdie - you are awesome for setting this up again, and I wanted to tell you publically that although we may not see eye-to-eye politically, I would hunt or detect with you any day I could - you are a great fella and one of the reasons T-Net is so fantastic!

I wish you ALL "all the best" and great finds during the hunt. Takes and share lottsa pictures!

I am sooooo ready to head south for the hunt!!!! I'm one step shy of making a paper chain counting down the days LOL.

Burdie I sure wish you lived closer or shipping was cheaper....the storage unit we were working on today had boxes and boxes of agates and such that you would have loved in your tumbler! I am half tempted to go get one for myself about now!!
