OH Burdie! Glad I caught ya before ya left for Bama. :icon_sunny:

I was going to run this Tuesday night dinner menu by ya and see if I could get some feed-back. (Everyone's welcome to add to this menu too. Can't get nothing but better, ya know.) :love2:

We'll start out with an appetizer of fresh fried frog legs straight from the crick, (nice and fresh) served on a steaming hot pawn of cornbread with chow chow on the side. The soup of the day will be a nice Rocky Mountain Oyster soup. (courtesy of my next door neighbors) (everyone 'round here know's I'm having cultured company, so they all want to pitch in). :icon_study:

Then we'll get to the main menu. I really hadn't decided till last night what would be the main menu, but, on the way home, Charlie came across a fresh racoon roadkill. That sealed the deal! :thumbsup:

It'll be served on a fresh layer of poke salad and a side of grits! Yum!!! Can't forget the desert, now...I've decided that a nice possum butt pie will fit the bill just perfect! Gosh, I can't wait till ya'll get here! Wait till you all see what's for breakfast the next mornin'! :icon_sunny:

I actually like all but the raccoon. It was BBQ and I just didn't like it. Fry the RMO and I will eat more than the rest of you. I eat Froglegs once a month in Tulsa. Mmmm good. Possum is too greasy for me. But if you throw powdered sugar on it who knows. :thumbsup:

Lots of good eating in the south. Can't hardly wait. Ya hoo!!!! Wifey in the corner letting it go. :P

WSD, I have a female friend who just dies for pickled pig lips. You can buy it along with the pickled pig feet and pickled eggs at just about any store, the same company makes all 3.
